Individual Therapy in California

Magnolia leaves with glossy green tops and brown undersides

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer compassionate, personalized therapy for adults navigating life’s challenges - whether you're coping with anxiety, stress, trauma, or life transitions. I provide a safe, supportive virtual space where you can explore your experiences, clarify your goals, and begin meaningful change at your own pace.

My practice is 100% online and available to residents across California, including Los Angeles County and beyond. Sessions are held via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, making therapy accessible, private, and flexible for your lifestyle.

How It Works

01. Reach Out

Starting therapy is simple. Reach out by phone or email to schedule a free 20-minute consultation. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for in therapy and determine if working together feels like the right fit.

02. Connect

In our first session, I’ll get to know you - your story, your goals, and what led you to therapy. You’ll have space to ask questions about my approach and decide if this feels like a safe, supportive space for you.

03. Goals

Over the next few sessions, we’ll develop a collaborative relationship. I’ll help you clarify your concerns and hopes for therapy, and together we’ll set goals that are realistic, meaningful, and tailored to your needs.

04. Ongoing

Consistency helps therapy work. We’ll typically meet once a week, unless we decide together on a different pace. We’ll check in on your progress regularly and adjust our focus as your goals evolve over time.

Payment Details

Payment Accepted

I accept all major debit and credit cards. A card is required on file to confirm appointments. Payment is due at the time of each session unless other arrangements have been made beforehand. My practice operates as a private pay model, which allows for greater flexibility and confidentiality in treatment.

Insurance

I am not paneled with any health insurance plans. However, I am considered an out-of-network provider. If you have a PPO with out-of-network benefits, I can offer a detailed superbill to help you request partial reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurer in advance to confirm your mental health coverage and eligibility.

Sliding Scale

I offer a limited number of sliding scale therapy spots for clients facing financial hardship or unexpected life challenges. These reduced-rate slots are short-term and based on current availability and demand. If you’re interested in this option, feel free to reach out to discuss current openings and eligibility details.
